GUARANTEED RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your item or goods, you can return it to us within 7 days of your goods' arrival so long as your package is unopened, not tampered with and in a good condition for either an exchange or a full refund. PINACCESSORY will not be held responsible for the shipping costs to ship the goods back to us.To submit a return item please contact us at email@example.com.
Once the goods are delivered back to us, we will process your request within 2 working weeks after which the buyer will be notified once a full credit refund has been issued.
DAMAGED RETURNS POLICY
We also have a standard damaged returns policy where should the buyer receive goods that are damaged or defected upon arrival, the buyer can either receive a full exchange or refund with the shipping cost borne by us.
